iOS PDF Readers on iPad or iPhone
As what was stated, there are no Adobe apps that are currently available on App Store. If you are using an iPhone, you will not be able to view the documents on your device. This is the same case with iPads. You can download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your iOS device. However, the application will not be able to open your document. You may receive an error message saying that only the desktop versions support the Acrobat Reader so you should not waste your time on it.
